Mijas offers a very varied range of lifestyles, from neighbourhoods with “everything on your doorstep” like Las Lagunas, to beachfront luxury or the peace of rural settings. But this diversity is also reflected in prices:

  • Las Cañadas neighbourhood: We can still find 2-bedroom flats between 215,000 € and 235,000 €.
  • La Cala de Mijas: It’s practically impossible to find options below 319,000 €.
